preserve history at SELMA!***
***Forrest-Streight Raid, Blountsville, Alabama, May 2nd -4th, 2008. Hosted by 4th, 6th, and 11th
Alabama Cavalry units (Clanton's Brigade and the Alabama Division). Come burn a Federal camp and
attack a wagon train on the march just as Gen Forrest and his command did.***
*** The Battle of Resaca Scheduled for the weekend of May 17th - 18th 2008. All of you come help
preserve history at RESACA with the Georgia Division Reenactors Association!***
*** The Battle of Tannehill Hosted by the Alabama State Militia Artillery Scheduled for the
weekend of May 24th - 25th 2008. This is an Alabama Division Event. All of you come help preserve
history at TANNEHILL with The Alabama State Militia Artillery!***
*** The Battle of Gettysburg July 4th - 6th 2008. Registration ends March 15th, 2008. NO
Walk-ons. $20 fee. Check back with the Alabama Division of Reenactors or with the Georgia Division of
Reenactors for more information as we work out the details. ***
***The Battle of Decatur 2008, August 29th - 31st 2008. Hosted by the 13th Alabama Cavalry with
the 4th Alabama Infantry. This is a full battle event with Living History on Friday, battles Saturday and
Sunday *** We'll See You there Labor Day Weekend ***
***The Battle of Tunnel Hill 2008, September 5th - 7th 2008. Hosted by the 35th Tennessee
Infantry, 31st Alabama Infantry and the 4th Alabama Infantry. This is a full battle event with Living
History on Friday, battles Saturday and Sunday *** We'll See You there September 5th - 7th: the
weekend AFTER Labor Day ***
